Installation of glass door
- Apply line positioning with both the glass door fixed frame and moving frame together.
- Settle the center line and two edge lines of decoration panel, which determine the position of the limit slot locating in top of upper door frame. Beware that the width of limit slot is 2~4mm thicker than the thickness of the glass door, the depth of limit slot is 10~20mm.
- Install the square wood bottom support by nailing it on the pre-buried wood base to fix on the floor, then inject glue mortar to paste the decoration panel on the wood support.
- Nail the doorframesquare part against step 2 determined center line, then use plywood to determine the shape and position of the vertical door frame column, and finally install the outer decoration panel.
- Use glass suction cupsto lift and move the glass panel to the installation position. Then nail two small square wood sticks on both sides of the wood base to fix the rear glass in the middle, brush with adhesive, and stick the metal decoration plate on the square wood stick.
- On both sides of the top limit slot and the bottom bracket slot, as well as the joint between the thick glass and the door frame column, inject glass glue for sealing.
- When the fixed part of the glass door too large and required splicingglass panels, the seam gap left should be 2-3mm, and the edge of the glass panel should be chamfered.
- Before installing the moving door, the floorspring and positioning pin on top of the door frame should be coaxially positioned and installed in advance, which installation should use hanging vertical line to ensure that the rotating shaft of the floor spring and the center line of the positioning pin are in the same straight line.
- Install the topand bottom metal clamps on corresponding ends of the glass door, then set the height of the door panel, if the height of the door panel is not enough, the bottom door clamp and glass panel between can be filled with wood strips, and inject glass glue to stick firmly.
- Before installing handle, put someglass glue to the part where the handle is inserted into the glass. When assembling the handle, make the screws tightly after the root of the handle is well connected to the glass, so that the handle is not loose.
